It’s with a heavy heart that I must inform you that “30 Rock’s” “Rural Juror” song did not win an Emmy. It lost to “If I Had Time,” an original song from the Tony Awards. “Hang The Moon” and “I Heard Your Voice In A Dream” from “Smash” and “More Or Less The Kind Of Thing You May Or May Not Possibly See On Broadway” from “The Neighbors” were also nominated.
